Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to Audicy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Audicy website, including our beta waitlist and other publicly available website features (the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About Audicy

Audicy is a financial planning and budgeting application designed to help users organize, visualize, and plan their personal finances.

The Website is currently used to provide information about Audicy and allow interested individuals to join the Audicy beta waitlist.

The Audicy application itself may be subject to separate Terms of Service that apply when you create an account or use the application.

2. Beta Waitlist

By joining the Audicy beta waitlist, you agree to provide a valid email address and any optional information you choose to submit.

Joining the waitlist:

  • Does not create an Audicy account.
  • Does not guarantee access to the Audicy beta.
  • Does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate in the beta.
  • Does not guarantee a particular launch date or availability of the Audicy application.

Audicy may invite waitlist members to participate in the beta at its discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website.
  • Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
  • Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, or overload the Website.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with another person's use of the Website.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including Audicy's name, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, user interface, and other materials, are owned by Audicy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Website or its content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to Audicy's intellectual property.

5. Financial Information and Disclaimer

Audicy is intended to provide budgeting and financial planning tools.

Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending, or other professional advice.

Audicy does not guarantee that any financial information, projections, examples, calculations, or other information presented on the Website will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including services used to operate the beta waitlist.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Audicy is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services that we do not control.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Website and submission of information through the beta waitlist are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

8. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audicy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audicy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law
